Unique Web-based Learning System with Online Live Tutoring Recognized for 2nd Consecutive Year


Think Through Learning announced today that Think Through Math (TTM), their web-based instruction system for grades 3 and above, has been named a winner in the 22nd Annual Best Educational Software (BESSIE) Awards. Think Through Math won “Best Online Math Learning System” across multiple grades. Think Through Math previously was recognized in this category in 2015 and 2010. The program was additionally recognized this year in the Teacher Tools category as “Best Classroom Management/Math Website”.


Presented by the ComputED Gazette, the BESSIE Awards target innovative and content-rich programs and websites that provide parents and teachers with the technology to foster educational excellence. Contenders for this award are evaluated based on academic content, technical merit, subject approach, and management system. Winners are selected from entries submitted by publishers worldwide.


Think Through Math’s adaptive learning solution focuses on the higher order thinking and problem-solving skills required for success on the more rigorous standards and assessments being implemented across the country. The program integrates the Quantile® Framework from MetaMetrics® to accurately measure student math proficiency and track progress throughout the year.
