BetterLesson Has Earned ESSA Level III Certification
Through third-party partner LearnPlatform, BetterLesson has earned Level III certification for its alignment with standards outlined by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). This achievement represents a major step forward in verifying the effectiveness of our High Quality Professional Learning in achieving student academic outcomes and impacting teacher motivations.
ESSA Level III: Promising Evidence
At least one correlational research study has demonstrated a positive relationship between use of this tool and student outcomes.
Study establishes the product as eligible for all types of federal funding.
Previously, BetterLesson earned ESSA Level IV Certification: Demonstrates Rationale, in June 2023. Building evidence is a continuous effort, and we are dedicated to the ongoing process of generating, sharing and applying our research findings.
