With 10+ years of experience supporting impact investors, venture funds, and mission-driven organizations, Olivia combines strategic marketing with expertise in LP engagement, fundraising support, investor communications, and event-driven relationship building, bringing together brand, content, and thought leadership to deepen investor relationships and drive capital into impact.
As Head of Marketing and Community at Gratitude Railroad, Olivia managed investor engagement and communications across a 400+ LP ecosystem spanning foundations, family offices, and impact-aligned institutions, designing convenings and content to deepen LP relationships and activate investments in social wellbeing, planetary health, and intersectional innovations.
Olivia works with venture capital firms across AI, climate, future of work, and education, partnering with GPs on investor communications, thought leadership, event strategy, and brand initiatives.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College and an M.B.A. in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School. She lives in Sausalito, CA and also spends time in her hometown of Southampton, New York.
