Todd successfully led the strategy and growth of North America’s largest staffing company, developing a people-focused, performance-driven culture. Aerotek was recently restructured into three specialized companies where Todd now acts as an advisor to the new executive teams.
He also spends time in advisory roles with Redwood Capital, a permanent holding company, New Market Venture Partners, as well as community-based non-profits.
Todd is a member of the Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter of YPO. He is a champion for advancing inclusion and diversity within the workplace and has signed The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge. Todd is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business.
