Megan Doberneck is the President and General Counsel for Vodafone Americas Inc., the US subsidiary of Vodafone Group Plc, one of the world’s largest wireless telecommunications companies, providing service to over 444 million customers across 75 countries.
Ms. Doberneck is responsible for the operations and governance of Vodafone Americas and its subsidiaries in the United States to ensure delivery of annual financial and operational results. She also sits on the Boards of Directors for Vodafone Americas, its subsidiaries, and is the President of the Vodafone Americas Foundation. Ms. Doberneck is also General Counsel and Company Secretary for all of Vodafone’s US-based entities with a focus on corporate finance, capital structuring and corporate governance, as well as Vodafone’s ventures, technology and innovation work in the United States.
Ms. Doberneck graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley, and received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
