Bill Abasolo is Dean of Institutional Research and Planning at Southwestern Community College District (SCCD). SCCD is a community college serving southern San Diego County. The school has an enrollment of about 20,000 students.
Bill formerly served as Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
Mr. Abasolo holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley, and received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law.
